Join Our International Team as an Italian Consumer Engagement Service Representative!
United Call Centers (UCC) is a global leader in multilingual call center services, providing top-tier Omnichannel Front Office BPO solutions in 25+ languages. We are now looking for talented Italian Consumer Engagement Service Representatives to support one of our biggest partners in the FMCG industry.

Your Responsibilities
Inbound Support:
- Handle and classify consumer complaints following client guidelines
- Register and follow up on consumer inquiries and complaints
- Process orders, returns, refusals, credit notes, and invoices
- Provide product, service, and brand information
- Offer troubleshooting and website navigation support
- Identify and escalate alerts, assist in crisis situations
- Manage consumer data (bank details, privacy, registration, account updates)
Outbound & Backoffice Tasks:
- Follow up with consumers to resolve cases
- Conduct outbound surveys
- Create reports on consumer feedback and online conversations
- Publish social media content
- Support crisis and issue management
- Provide e-commerce back-office support and data entry
What Makes You Our Ideal Candidate?
- Fluent in Italian (C2 level) and proficient in English
- 1+ year experience in customer service or consumer engagement
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Tech-savvy – comfortable using Microsoft Office & online applications
- Experience in social media & community management is a plus
- A team player who can also work independently
- Available to work 6-8 hours/day in a flexible schedule (Monday - Sunday, 08:00 - 22:00 CET)
