Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients in the green mobility industry.
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure top-notch service delivery.
Qualifications:
- Native German language proficiency.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-centric attitude and passion for helping others.
- Availability to work full time in a flexible schedule.
- Ability to work as a self-employed person.
Outbound Sales/Lead Generation Specialist (German Speaking)
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to businesses.
- Introduce and promote our client's products or services.
- Meet and exceed monthly lead targets.
Requirements:
- Sales experience, preferably in the IT sector.
- IT industry knowledge.
- Familiarity with CRM software.
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Client-focused mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to training.
