Inbound Customer Service Representative (German Speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service to clients in the green mobility industry.
  • Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure top-notch service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Native German language proficiency.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-centric attitude and passion for helping others.
  • Availability to work full time in a flexible schedule.

Outbound Sales/Lead Generation Specialist (German Speaking)

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound calls to businesses.
  • Introduce and promote our client's products or services.
  • Meet and exceed monthly lead targets.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience, preferably in the IT sector.
  • IT industry knowledge.
  • Familiarity with CRM software.
  • Native-level proficiency in German.
  • Client-focused mindset with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to training.
