Italian Speaking Consumer Engagement Service Representative

We're seeking talented Italian speakers to be part of our International Team, delivering top-notch consumer engagement services for a major FMCG partner.   • Handle inbound tasks: complaints, orders, troubleshooting, and information provision
  • Conduct outbound activities: resolve cases and conduct consumer surveys
  • Perform back office tasks: reporting, social media content, escalation handling and data entry


  • Native in Italian and proficient in English
  • Candidate location: inside the EU, outside of Italy
  • 1+ year of consumer engagement service or call center experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online applications
  • Social media and community management expertise is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Willingness to complete required trainings and work 6-8-hour shifts
  • Ability to work as a freelancer (self-employed)


  • Hourly rate of 8 EUR (gross), paid monthly
