Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound tasks: complaints, orders, troubleshooting, and information provision
- Conduct outbound activities: resolve cases and conduct consumer surveys
- Perform back office tasks: reporting, social media content, escalation handling and data entry
Requirements:
- Native in Italian and proficient in English
- Candidate location: inside the EU, outside of Italy
- 1+ year of consumer engagement service or call center experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and online applications
- Social media and community management expertise is a plus
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to complete required trainings and work 6-8-hour shifts
- Ability to work as a freelancer (self-employed)
