Position: French & German Customer Service Representative
Who You'll Work With: You’ll support our esteemed e-commerce partner in the tobacco industry, serving Swiss customers and ensuring their experience is seamless and satisfactory.
What You'll Do:
- Customer Interaction: Handle incoming calls, chats, and emails with professionalism and empathy, Monday to Friday.
- Login Assistance: Help customers navigate login issues to ensure a smooth ordering process for e-tobacco products.
- Order Management: Address questions about shipping times, delayed orders, and address modifications with efficiency and clarity.
- Technical Support: Resolve technical problems, such as product leakage, and guide customers through repairs or exchanges.
Who You Are:
- Language Proficiency: You speak French and German fluently and professionally (C2/native level is required in both languages).
- Experienced: You have at least one year of experience in a call center environment.
- Customer-Centric: Your focus is always on providing the best possible resolution for customers.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic e-commerce customer service setting.
- Communicative: Your written and spoken communication skills are excellent.
