Who we are

At United Call Centers we provide quality services to our clients in the area of customer service, customer relation management, sales, and in related business activities. UCC has 20 years of expertise in the BPO industry in total, and more than 12 years of home-based Contact Centre knowledge. We have been nurturing Digital Nomad talent for more than a decade and based our services around them. United Call Centers can implement rapid solutions for answering large volume of customer contact, creating information hotlines, collecting customer feedback, and more. Inbound- and outbound calling is available in any language with global reach.

I have all the necessary and updated tools I need to contact the clients, keep in touch with my team, keep track of my hours worked, and receive other important notification from the higher ups, all from the comfort of my own home. This is done through VCC, WhenIWork, MS Teams, Outlook Mail, and other useful tools. The WhenIWork platform, for instance, is really simple to use and effective; I receive and approve my shifts from here and all I need to do is clock in, at the start of my shift, and clock out, at the end. The platform keeps track of everything. Moreover, it’s at times like these that I’m especially appreciative of this online work environment, which allows me to keep working, even though many public offices and workplaces all around are being shut due to the virus outbreak. Thanks to UCC there is one less thing to worry about these days.
