German speaking Customer Service Representative

United Call Centers is a global leader in providing multilingual call center services using an at-home workforce. At United Call Centers we provide Omnichannel Front Office BPO services globally 25+ languages and we are currently looking for talented German speaking Customer Service Representatives for our International Team.

The new hire will be working with one of UCC’s biggest Partners from the Green Mobility industry.

Job responsibilities:

  • First line customer support: communicating with customers through various channels in German and in English
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Knowing the supported products inside and out so that you can answer and solve the customers’ question and problem in the best way possible
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Participation on all required training

  • You speak German on a native/C2 or at least C1 level
  • You speak English fluently
  • You have at least 1 year of experience working in customer service/call center
  • Your written and spoken communication is flawless
  • You have great analytical and problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
  • You are proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Online applications, technology acumen
  • You can work well in a team as well as by yourself
  • You can work 6-8 hours a day in a flexible schedule

  • Quiet workplace (tasks are delivered from the comfort of your home)
  • USB Headset (separate microphone and loudspeakers are not good enough to manage calls)
  • Laptop with Windows operating system (Windows 8 or above), Memory – 2 GB RAM, and Processor (CPU) — 2 GHz
  • Browser: The latest three versions of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox
  • Broadband internet connection (mobile internet is not good enough to manage calls)
