Job Responsibilities:

As an English Customer Service Representative, your role will involve:

  • Handling incoming calls, chats, and emails during a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday
  • Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
  • Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure top-notch service delivery.

About You:

  • Have at least one year’s experience in a call center environment.

  • Can work effectively within a flexible schedule and handle diverse customer interactions.
