Job Responsibilities:
As an English Customer Service Representative, your role will involve:
- Handling incoming calls, chats, and emails during a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday
- Handle inbound calls and emails professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure top-notch service delivery.
