Job responsibilities:
As a Remote English Customer Service Representative for our tobacco-industry e-commerce partner, your role will involve:
- Handling incoming calls, chats, and emails during a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday (8:00 am - 6:00 pm local time).
- Addressing login issues for customers ordering e-tobacco products, ensuring a seamless experience on the website.
- Assisting with order-related questions, including shipping times, delayed orders, and address modifications.
- Resolving technical issues, such as product leakage, and guiding customers through the process of product repair or exchange.
About You:
