We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support multiple international projects in a shared environment. This is a contractor, part-time position with flexible scheduling during business hours.
You will be assisting customers across different industries, including consumer products, digital photo services, and e-mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and social media channels
- Handle a variety of customer inquiries, including product support, services, and general questions
- Perform inbound and outbound communication where required
- Deliver Level 1 technical support for selected services
- Work across multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
- Ensure high-quality customer experience and adherence to internal processes
What We’re Looking For
- Language skills:
- Slovenian: C2 level (mandatory)
- English: B2 level (minimum)
- Italian: a strong advantage
- Experience:
- Previous call center or customer service experience is required
- Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
- Strong multitasking ability and system navigation skills
- Fast learner with the ability to work independently
- Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work within business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–18:00 CET, including holidays if required)
Work Details
- Type: Contractor (freelance)
- Hours: Approximately 10 hours per week
- Location: Remote (candidates must be based in Southeast Europe: Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Serbia, Romania, Croatia, Slovenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, or Montenegro)
- Training: 7–10 days (paid training provided)
- Start Date: ASAP
