On the last Wednesday of October, the Debrecen BSC Roundtable's "Business Service Basics" series will continue. This time, students of the University of Debrecen can gain insight into the world of virtual work. The two speakers this time will be Nikolett Szabó-Kiss (EPAM) and Ákos Lőrincz from United Call Centers.
Ákos said the following about the upcoming lecture:
"During the lecture "Communication techniques, working in virtual teams", we will introduce students to the tools and methods of virtual working, giving them an insight into international business, working in an online space rather than in the tangible, physical world. Although education has been largely virtual in the recent pandemic, companies in the business services sector have gained a lot of experience and practical information in this area, and students can benefit from this knowledge and even use it to build their own careers, wherever they start their careers. As part of the interactive presentation, we will also showcase forward-thinking, next-generation technologies that will help them build a picture of the workplace of the future, such as UCC's artificial intelligence training videos and accompanying materials."
The Business Service Basics series, which started in September, will run until 8 December, when a major closing event, the DBSC Coffee Talk, will cap the series in the Audmax (Auditorium Maximum) of the University of Debrecen.
