UCC at the “AI in the Cloud” event

We are delighted to be part of this year's AI in the Cloud event, hosted by TD SYNNEX, where we will have the opportunity to share our AI technology experience alongside IBM and Microsoft.

Attendees will be able to learn about the latest AI and cloud technologies and gain insight into market case studies. United Call Centers will be represented at the event by Balázs Kopcsó (Head of IT and Development) and Zsolt Máté Juhász (CEO), who will speak about the effective use of AI in business decision-making processes.
