Yesterday’s Executive Espresso event, hosted by United Call Centers at the Continental Citygolf Club in Budapest, brought together leaders from top enterprises for a powerful morning of networking, innovation, and the sharing of leadership thoughts and insights. The morning kicked off with UCC CEO Zsolt Máté Juhász, who shared our vision of “Human. Technology. Better Together.” and emphasized how hybrid human-AI models are transforming customer service operations globally.
Annamária Ughy, Country Manager of TD SYNNEX Hungary, followed with strategic insights on the role of Artificial Intelligence in shaping the future of customer interactions. She highlighted both the opportunities and the challenges businesses face during AI adoption.
Next, Balázs Kopcsó, UCC’s Head of Technology, presented real-life use cases of our hybrid generative AI systems. He showcased how tools like Swapcom and Interevo revolutionize customer engagement, logistics, and field operations. He also introduced our latest AI-powered customer service solutions through practical examples and case studies, including both voice and text-based demos that highlighted the real-world impact and versatility of these technologies.
The final keynote was delivered by Orsolya Zsolt, CEO of Multi Alarm. She presented the company’s journey into the era of AI-based remote monitoring and introduced Emma, their newly launched digital assistant, developed in close collaboration with United Call Centers. Emma is already making a significant impact on customer satisfaction and operational responsiveness. This partnership proves that co-creation between technological partners can lead to truly transformative solutions.
