We are now seeking a motivated Croatian Lead Generation Specialist for a part-time, short‑term recurring project supporting our partner — a global leader in advanced door‑opening solutions.

About the Project

This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible, project‑based work.
You will support two upcoming lead generation campaigns:

  • Campaign 1: Mid‑April to Mid‑May 2026
  • Campaign 2: One‑month campaign planned for Q3 2026

Additional recurring projects may follow based on performance and business needs.

What You Will Do

As a Croatian Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting B2B outreach and generating qualified leads
  • Building and nurturing professional client relationships
  • Understanding product offerings and market dynamics
  • Meeting and exceeding assigned KPIs

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Fluency in Croatian (C2 or native) — spoken and written
  • Previous B2B sales or lead generation experience
  • Call center or BPO experience (a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A proactive, goal‑oriented attitude
  • Ability to work as a self‑employed contractor
  • Availability for part‑time campaign-based work
