What You’ll Do
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing product and basic technical support
- Support patients and healthcare professionals in using advanced healthcare tools
- Manage product orders and ensure accurate data entry in CRM systems

What We’re Looking For
- Native or full professional proficiency in Greek (C2 or above) and fluent English
- Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, or technical support
