This year we participated in Business Fest 2024 in Budapest, which featured more than 20 professional sessions with more than 6000 participants, including top international and national speakers such as Tamás Frei, István Lakatos, Dan Riley or Albert Sárospataki.
One of the central themes of the event was Artificial Intelligence, an industry that we believe is essential to develop and in which we are actively involved. This year's Business Fest was a great opportunity for us to showcase our award-winning AI-based customer service solutions.

Our aiden.tech brand, which brings together UCC's technology solutions, as a result of our 25 years of customer service experience and commitment to progress. We provide a comprehensive range of AI-based customer service solutions, including inbound and outbound customer service systems (both voice and text-based), AI-based data analytics that ensure the highest level of quality assurance for our partners, and a variety of other proprietary systems to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction and process optimization. At our stand we organised live demonstrations where visitors to the event could try out our systems and see how they work and how they can be used in practice. We were delighted that we attracted so many interested visitors and professionals who gave us positive feedback on our solutions.
Overall, Business Fest 2024 was a great opportunity to showcase the next level of customer support.
