Our Contribution

At UCC, we don’t just talk about the future—we are actively shaping it. During the presentation by Balazs Kopcso (UCC - Head of Technology), we introduced aiden.agent, our AI-based automated customer service solution. aiden.agent integrates the most advanced AI technologies, supports up to 40 languages, and can handle 30-50% of communication (both voice and text) with the effectiveness of a real agent. It’s an artificial agent delivering real value. We also showcased our hybrid generative AI model, which combines cutting-edge technologies to enhance automation and decision-making in corporate environments, enabling even greater efficiency and innovation.
