We provide customized call center services for our international Partners on a daily basis with more than 500 employees wordwide. Who are we looking for?
Finding ourselves in a rapidly developing environment, we are in an extensive ramping up phase having almost one hundred vacancies for our customer service roles! Our new teammates will participate in running a multilingual customer service for one of our biggest Clients, which is the flagship of shared green-mobility across the EU. As a Customer Service Representative you would be responsible for supporting our Partner’s customers via phone calls, emails and chat messages. If you have great communication skills, can empathize with people, and you speak English and German/Polish/Norwegian/Swedish/Finnish – the stage is yours! We would be very happy to welcome you on board!
